Hi,

Kingston 32 GB MicroSDHC class 10 (SDC10/32GB) might be incompatible with Turbo Chameleon. Just bought one with SD-adapter.
Error on boot, and filebrowser says no card, no files. TC's System info says card init: error. This card is formatted as FAT32 with Panasonic SD-formatter. I tried card also on 1541 Ultimate 2, and it works.
Transcend 32 GB 32GB microSDHC Class 10 (Premium) has exactly same symptoms.

Greetings,

Pasi

is this in standalone or in cartridge mode? "Transcend 32GB microSDHC Class 10
(Premium)" was actually reported working (but resetting the chameleon when you
insert it) according to our wiki (see
http://wiki.icomp.de/wiki/Chameleon_SD_Card_Problems), that makes we wonder a
bit....

in any case, please try again in cartridge mode and/or using another power
source for USB power. and please report exactly what is written on the
backside of the card (see the wiki page for examples).

Sorry I definitely should have been more specific. And Transcend-card wasn't after all same as in wiki. I thought it was same since this is also 32 GB MicroSDHC class 10 (Premium)...
I tried these two with standalone and cartridge modes. And in cartridgemode I use heavy duty PSU, so it shouldn't be powerissue. Both cards nag "no card, no files". Cards are formatted to FAT32 with Panasonic SD-formatter, and work with PC, camera and 1541u2.

These are my cards:

that's odd ... i have added them to the wiki for the time being - just to make
sure, you _did_ try with some other regular sd-card already, and that worked?
:) (if not, please do :))

i just hope we wont see this more and more in the future... ie cards no more
working (properly) in SPI mode (which i guess is the case here).

Ah, yes, I have SD-cards that work very well with Chameleon :) I do have one 32 GB MicroSDHC-card which resets Chameleon, but otherwise that card works. Sadly I don't remember manufacturer, but if I found receipt later, I'll tell what it was.
